compact and impeccably clean unit with an electric kettle and a fridge. casual atmosphere and private bathroom. outstandingly accommodating, consistently courteous staff towards all guests.

My single room was well-equipped with all the needed facilities and Wi-Fi. The location was particularly good and excellent, to the Keikyu Bus station for take shuttle bus for Haneda airport as well, and the view was good, too. Every member of the staff was outstandingly accommodating and super-friendly.

It's very convenient to close to Miratomirai area. AS small double bed is too small, we have to change to twin bed with surcharge.

- Silent and central
- Room a bit small and after a 20 hours journal I had to go down again to receiption to get the cable for internet - not international tv programme (but I had to work in any way)

Hotel was convenient, really enjoyed our stay.
The hotel was a lovely place for enjoying a good area, close enough to the Sakuragicho train station and Yokohama and the main sights. The room was excellent with a clean bathroom and views of bay. The location was exceptional and super, just a short walk away from Yokohama Museum of Art...

I had a fantastic stay just a few steps from the Landmark Tower and a short walk from Rinko Park, made my city strolls a pleasure, especially with the beautiful park views surrounding the area.

Location is the best The hotel in front of Jr Sakuragicho just few min walk. I choose the too with face to Ferrywheel sea side so in the night time really great! For shopping just 2-300 m to department store and Minato mirai. Don't miss to take 100 yen bus look around the city it take 1 hour. But no wifi anyway they arrange lan cable and it's free of charge. I like this hotel.

Good location, just right next to the Sakuragicho JR station. Also close to the sea, offering a very good view of the Yokohama skyline. The hotel room is clean and of reasonable size

Location. Hotel is immediately outside of Sakuragicho station.
Rooms were small and the bed was not comfortable - very springy. Also, the hotel was overwhelmed by the smell of tobacco smoke.

We explored the nearby convention center and enjoyed some great meals at the hotel's restaurants. The views of the bay were fine, and the location is super convenient, just steps from the station. Definitely a great spot for a group getaway!
One downside was the check-in process. It took quite a while and was a bit chaotic. We had to wait in line, frustrating after a long trip.

Very sweet warming appliance on the mirror of the bathroom. Very comfortable toilet. Very delicious breakfast.
Very poor English. No comb.
